By optimizing deductibles and leveraging City of Yes bonuses, we effectively doubled the buildable square footage, adding two and a half new floors—including a striking duplex penthouse. Sustainable design elements include a living green wall, all-electric systems, high-efficiency heat pumps, and hyper-insulated walls.
