Luxury Condos in Park Slope, Brooklyn
Our design Homage on 3rd, a 4-unit luxury condo project was designed to complement its historic neighbors and offer a contemporary quality of life with top-notch finishes. Designed for the son of a real estate investor, building in memory of his father, Homage on 3rd offers contemporary lines with a historic flare. The limestone entry paired with an antique brass canopy harmonizes with the surrounding historic townhomes while the floor-to-ceiling windows let the light into luxurious contemporary interiors.
The duplex on the top floor has 12-foot ceilings and two outdoor decks with Manhattan views. The quality of finishes, well-balanced floor plan, high ceilings, and flood of natural light create an exceptional project. In addition to our design team's amazing work, our project team resourcefully maximized the building envelope by closely examining zoning ordinances, delivering a lucrative project to the development team.
