This 4-unit luxury condo project was designed to complement its historic neighbors and offer a contemporary quality of life with top-notch finishes. Designed for the son of a real estate investor, building in memory of his father, Homage on 3rd offers contemporary lines with a historic flare. The limestone entry paired with an antique brass canopy harmonizes with the surrounding historic townhomes while the floor-to-ceiling windows let the light into luxurious contemporary interiors.
The duplex on the top floor has 12-foot ceilings and two outdoor decks with Manhattan views. The quality of finishes, well-balanced floor plan, high ceilings, and flood of natural light create an exceptional project.
