Mosque of Dhaka - Design for an international competition

This project was developed for an international competition in Dhaka aiming to invent a contemporary language for modern mosques. Our design was generated through an in-depth historical analysis of the mosque typology which culminated in mosques of the Ottoman Empire in Istanbul.
