This is our first Irving Farm location, followed by 3 additional locations in different parts of Manhattan. Our design palette was an artful combination of bare wood planks, black slate countertops and glazed brick walls all tied together with a polished concrete floor. White oak ceiling boxes glided over seating units and the service counter, while marking a variety of spaces.
These boxes not only create a sense of spatial definition but enclose all the mechanical junk without lowering the already low ceiling.
