Bushwick Developments

New developments with fresh ideas
Evergreen Condos above, is our latest design in the heart of uber-hot Bushwick. We create ROI-driven projects with great looks and this project is living proof. Our developer client purchased the building under $1.3 million. We created a cost-effective design with maximum residential area, embellished with high-value items such as high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, elegant kitchen islands with wine coolers and built-in ice makers, integrated speaker systems connected to smart home systems and of course private storage and outdoor space for each apartment.
We doubled the square footage by deductable areas and using City of Yes bonuses, adding two and a half additional floors, one of which is a duplex penthouse. Sustainable features include an exterior green wall, all-electric systems, heat pumps, and hyper-insulated walls.
In short, Evergreen Condos is a success story of a fine balance between value and quality without compromise.
Van Buren Street: We’re excited to share a preview of our latest multi-family project on Van Buren Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
Option 1 features a curvilinear volume anchored by a historic base, wrapped in engineered wood slats, and topped with a precast concrete crown. Option 2 features a modern industrial aesthetic, complete with insulated steel panels and a signature I-beam pergola. Both schemes are designed with young professionals in mind—each floor plate accommodates 2-bedroom, 2-bath units, all with private outdoor space.

Quincy Street: We’ve just kicked off design on a new project on Quincy Street for a cash buyer actively acquiring multiple properties in Bed-Stuy. The client is particularly interested in sustainable design, so we’re developing a technically advanced, low-maintenance façade that aligns with green architecture principles.
