Gowanus Condo Lounge & Business Center
Studio Vural was tasked by Atlantic Development Co. to design public spaces for a high-end condo complex in Gowanus, Brooklyn.(a hot neighborhood recently evolved from a busy warehouse district to a lively cultural hub)
We design-built meeting rooms, a business center, a gym, a game center and a library, honoring the neighborhood’s history through our use of industrial materials and spaces.
