This is a loft design in Tribeca that converts a large industrial space into a sophisticated residence. Lofts are a hallmark of New York's industrial history, and prized residences mostly for the wealthy creatives, and financial professionals with an artistic flair.
The design stays loyal to the industrial history of these buildings with simple raw materials such as stained concrete floors, Venetian plastered walls, distressed wood surfaces and un-finished metal framing. The design also included an artful roof deck with thoughtful landscaping elements.
