A conversion of a large industrial space into an artist's home and garden. The design pays homage to the industrial history of the building with simple, raw materials such as stained concrete floors, Venetian plastered walls, distressed wood surfaces and stainless-steel surfaces. While the Japanese-inspired roof garden creates a calm oasis.
