Park Slope Townhouse - a transitional renovation of a brick townhouse
This historic townhouse in Park Slope had been stripped of original details and chopped up into a warren of rooms by a previous owner. We were tasked with a modern and spacious gut renovation with an historical flavor.
We enlarged the garden floor with a new guest room and bathroom and upgraded the parlor floor's kitchen while adding a powder room. A new deck was designed off the kitchen for al fresco dining with a view of the garden.
