Our design for a 4 unit residential and commercial mixed-use building on the very last un-developed lot in Park Slope is a success story despite the pandemic. The project is complete and going on sale in a month under Compass contract. The address is 497 3rd St, Brooklyn.
The design takes its cues from the historic Brooklyn fabric, creating a contemporary and luxurious environment for spacious units with both frontal Park Slope and backyard garden views. The most striking unit is the duplex on top with 12 foot ceilings and two rooftop terraces.
We want to assure the neighbors that utmost care was executed to reduce the height of the much criticized elevator tower, where technical restrictions had to be followed. There are plans to install a green wall on the tower in 2021.
Although the pandemic slowed down completion, the units are getting ready for open-house in December 2020.
